Hakomi Healing

Hakomi came into my life through years of meditation practice. Meditation taught me how to be alone with experience, deepening my capacity for presence and attention. But Hakomi showed me something essential: that it is in relationship where the heart is revealed.

In contact with another, we meet the edges, there where it is hardest to stay present, where we lose ourselves, protect ourselves, or so deeply long to be met. These moments, uncomfortable, surprising and beautiful, have become powerful teachers in my own discovery.

I love sharing in these moments of discovery with others, where the inner landscape is met with the heart. Where we allow each other to be seen in all our messiness and magnificence.

What is Hakomi Healing:
Hakomi is a mindfulness-based, body-centred approach that brings unconscious patterns into awareness. Through gentle and respectful exploration, we begin to recognise how long-held beliefs shape our reactions, our relationships, and our sense of self. Rather than analysing or fixing, Hakomi trusts awareness itself to support change, allowing patterns to soften and reorganise in their own time.

Hakomi begins by slowing down together and turning attention toward present experience in a simple, supported way. With guidance and care, we learn to notice what is already happening — sensations, emotions, gestures, and impulses — without needing to know how or get it right. In this inner landscape, a shared field of safety and loving presence develops, allowing experience to be seen and met as it is. I am here to support this process with sensitivity and attunement, so nothing has to be forced or figured out alone.

This work offers a deep complement to meditation and lived experience. Where meditation strengthens our capacity for presence, Hakomi brings that presence into relationship and into the moments of life that are tender, surprising, or challenging. Over time, it supports self-discovery and a growing ability to meet life as it unfolds — with clarity, responsibility, and compassion.

What happens during a session?

We begin by meeting each other and taking a little time to arrive—allowing the nervous system to settle and creating a sense of safety and presence. From there, you’re invited to check in with yourself and notice if there’s anything you’d like to share. If nothing feels present, that’s completely okay too.

With time and space, the right thing naturally begins to unfold. Together, we allow the process to reveal what wants attention in this moment, trusting that what emerges is exactly what’s needed.

I trust this process deeply, and you’re welcome to simply arrive as you are. This means you don’t need to worry about what to bring or how the session should go unless you want to.

For me, healing is about empowerment and inspiration. It’s an invitation for you to explore your inner world and allow your own wisdom to be felt and experienced. This is a collaborative process, rooted in compassion, spontaneity, and harmlessness.
I’m not here to tell you what to do, but to support you in discovering and reconnecting with your whole self. My role is to support you, offer loving presence, creating the conditions for what wants to come into awareness to do so organically.
Looking forward to meeting you...
